I joined Kodansha Ltd. in 1988. Since then, I have been engaged in publication sales (particularly comics), international publishing, visual media, and merchandising licensing businesses.

In 2021, I was appointed Director in charge of the Sales Division, and I have served as Director in charge of the Rights Division since 2024.

Born in Tokyo in 1979, I graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Kyoto University.

With a unique background spanning TonenGeneral Sekiyu K.K. (currently ENEOS Corporation) and McKinsey & Company, I joined Good Smile Company in 2012. After serving as Executive Officer, Director, and COO, I assumed my current position in January 2024.

I also concurrently serve as a Director for affiliated companies including Max Factory, Milestone, and Taskey, driving the Group’s business expansion and the enhancement of corporate value.

I oversee domestic and international rights business and merchandising.

I have been involved in the expansion of major titles such as Attack on Titan, Fairy Tail, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, and Blue Lock.

Through corporate tie-ups and IP collaborations, I am dedicated to expanding fan bases and driving global strategies.

Born in 1980, I hold a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from McGill University in Canada.

I have dedicated my career to the global expansion of entertainment content. In 2021, I founded Re entertainment, a consulting firm specializing in the entertainment industry.

My major publications include Creator Wonderland (2024) and The “Oshi” Economy (2021).

I served as the Director of the Tokiwaso Project starting in 2010, worked as the Secretariat for the launch of the Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair in 2012, and launched the website “Man-navi” in 2017. Throughout my career, I have been involved in numerous planning and operational roles for manga-related businesses.
In March 2024, I established the MANGA Research Institute (General Incorporated Association), which serves as the operating body for IMART (International Manga Anime Relation Trade, launched in 2019), and I took on the position of Representative Director.
Currently, I am working to develop IMART into a global manga and anime conference, while also aiming to establish an annual IP market survey for the industry.

Born in Tokyo in 1975, I graduated from the Faculty of Letters at Keio University.

As an announcer for Nippon Broadcasting System, I am widely active as a radio personality and event MC. Currently, I am also enrolled in the Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Information Studies at the University of Tokyo.

With deep knowledge in manga, anime, idols, and digital culture, I work beyond the traditional boundaries of an announcer—notably founding the “Manga Taisho” (Manga Awards). In 2012, I received the DJ Personality Award at the 49th Galaxy Awards.
