I joined the company in 2007. By producing numerous hits through reprint projects and original novel concepts, I became known in the industry as the “Master of Strategy” (Shikake Bancho).

In 2024, coinciding with the renewal of SHIBUYA TSUTAYA, I produced the “IP Bookstore,” a retail space specializing in creative engagement strategies. I was also selected for the Forbes JAPAN CULTURE-PRENEURS 30 for 2025.

Since 2018, I have served as a guest commentator for the “Next Manga Awards” (Tsugi ni Kuru Manga Taisho) and I write comic columns for various magazines. Currently, I continue to drive customer expansion and sales innovation, primarily in the publishing and 2D IP sectors.
